Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders shipping with the United States will arrive within 3-7 business days from when your order shipped. It will likely take a little longer if you live beyond the 48 contiguous states.
We will email you tracking information once the order ships.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently ship to the United States. More countries will be added soon!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@peakbe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPB Addresses:
Sorry! We currently do not ship to these addresses.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCTS. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount if we shipped the wrong item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@peakbe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges are completed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss this before shipping the item back.
